Certification Introduction:

VEET is a voluntary certification program in Victoria, Australia, and certified products can receive government subsidies. It mainly includes two categories of products, one is lighting bulbs for incandescent replacement, mainly included in SCHEDULE 21 chapter; the other is SCHEDULE 34, which mainly includes architectural and non-architectural lighting product upgrades.

On April 1, 2021, the Victorian Basic Services Commission of Australia announced the new application guideline VEET1.6 for the Voluntary Energy Saving Certification Program for Lighting Products. This change is mainly accompanied by the integration and development of product performance, adding some performance product series tests. rules to reduce the financial burden of product testing. Major changes include color temperature tunable lighting products, product line test conditions with lighting controls, and model and brand requirements for LED lighting drivers.
