Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality organization (SASO) recently announced regulated products must be registered on the SABER platform before they can be exported to Saudi Arabia. Details are as follows:

SABER is an electronic network service tool designed and developed by SASO in cooperation with the Saudi product safety project SALEEM. It aims to register and issue conformity assessment certificates for consumer products before entering the Saudi market.
