In November 2024, Kareem Abdalla Elseadawy Daif and Ahmed Lotfy Maher Naguib Tawfek, senior officials of Egypt’s National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), visited BACL and presented BACL with the “2024 Outstanding Performance Award”! This is the highest award given by Egypt’s NTRA to laboratories, and it is a recognition of BACL’s outstanding testing capabilities and excellent quality inspection.

During the visit, NTRA officials visited various laboratories of BACL, including electromagnetic compatibility, wireless radio frequency, safety regulations, reliability, etc., and got a close look at BACL's testing technology, laboratory management and equipment operation status, and observed the entire process of terminal product testing for network standards such as Bluetooth (BT) and Wi-Fi. NTRA officials highly praised BACL's excellence in hardware facilities, technological innovation and team professional capabilities.

At the same time, the BACL expert team also had in-depth exchanges with NTRA officials. BACL technical experts interpreted the ETSI EN 300 328 series of standards in detail, especially conducted in-depth analysis of key testing areas such as Bluetooth (BT) and Wi-Fi, and shared valuable experience and solutions in practical applications.

NTRA officials highly praised BACL’s professional capabilities and technical strength, and both sides discussed their strong willingness to carry out deeper cooperation in more key areas in the future.
