The Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes (ATT) in Bolivia has issued a new Resolución Administrativa Regulatoria on the Registration and Emission of Homologation Certificates for Telecommunications Equipment.

Main changes to the certification protocol include administrative adjustments to improve lead times, and clarifications on procedures for renewals, certificate modifications, and certificate updates. In regards to modifications, ATT makes a distinction between non-substantial modifications and updates for more technical changes.

The Resolución comes into effect on October 24, 2023.
