The main objective is to establish the requirements and procedures for the registration with the Telecommunications and Transport Regulation and Supervision Authority (ATT) of manufacturers, operators, suppliers or marketers and importers of telecommunications equipment and information and communication technologies, including communication equipment. voice, data and other transmission that use free-use radio frequencies and bands; as well as the issuance of approval certificates for said equipment.

The main changes to the certification procedure include adjustments to improve lead times and clarifications on the procedures for renewal, certificate modification and certificate updates.

The new Resolution came into force on October 24, 2023.
