On 19 September 2017, the European Commission has asked for feedback on draft proposals to exempt lead from eight uses under the RoHS Directive (Directive 2011/65/EU), which restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). You can feedback your contribution before 17 October 2017.

In Annex III to Directive 2011/65/EU, the relevant clause may be replaced by the following:
