Recall cases of excessive contents of chromium VI, fall hazard and the choking hazard of small childen are frequent. But Arylamines exceeded is the first time in the United States and canada. There was not any regulation control the substance in USA and Canada. But Arylamines was Restricted in REACH appendix XVII, the limit of leather and textiles is 30ppm. Manufacturer should take measures in advance at every stage to meet the requirement of regulation and customers, such as raw material without hazardous substance. In order to ensure all products transported to the other countries are safe, the products should be submitted to the authorized and professional third part laboratories to verify global safety requirements before transported to other countries.
