On October 20 2015, BACL (Dongguan) officially got the certificate of accreditation from CMA. Hence BACL is qualified to provide notarization data for the public independently. Certificate and scope of accreditation please see the attachment.

The accreditation involves 162 standards, 44 testing items, and 108 testing parameters. Product range includes: chemistry, EMC, textiles, and toys. Of which the scope of textiles covering: 35 products standards, and 70 + basic standards. All of these have extended and developed our testing accreditation.

China Metrology Accreditation (CMA for short), is a mandatory method based on the Metrology Law of PRC for examining the laboratory issuing notarization data for the public, and it’s also a mandatory recognition of the laboratory with Chinese characteristics. The data provided by CMA accredited product quality inspection organ for overseas trade, assessment of product quality, and result identification is legally effective. And the CMA stamp can be only used when the third-party testing laboratory has got the certificate of accreditation. Metrology is not only an effective examination for testing laboratory, but also of immense importance to the vital interests of the common people, it is also a passport for third-party testing labs to access to domestic market. BACL passed the evaluation and assessment of CMA smoothly, and got the qualification to provide notarization data for the public.
