Based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NIST Handbook 150, and NIST Handbook 150-1, the expert reviewed a total of 143 test standards covering the entire range of EnergyStar lighting products. During the audit, the review experts conducted strict, detailed and objective assessments and witnessed tests on-site on the operation of the laboratory quality system, technical capabilities and laboratory facilities. In this review, NVLAP experts gave high evaluation and praise to BACL's professional technical ability and good quality management system. Currently, BACL Labs is the most widely licensed and one has the largest testing capacity energy efficiency laboratory approved by NVLAP EELP (Lab Code: 200707-0)!
