2013年10月22日，美国生态部发布“规则采用通知”，根据《儿童产品安全法申报规则》第173-334-WAC (CSPA法规)对CHCC清单进行了修订，修订内容为：
–删除正丁醇(n-butanol),CAS 71-36-3
–新增磷酸三（2,3-二氯丙基）酯 (tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate, TDCPP, CAS 13674-87-8
CSPA规定为12岁及以下儿童使用的儿童产品中若含有一种以上的CHCC物质，生产企业需进行申报。 根据修订，正丁醇不再需要申报，但如果产品中含有TDCPP，则必须于2014年8月31日后再要求上报的文件中进行申报。所有符合申报要求的企业须在2015年2月前完成TDCPP的申报。
修订后的CHCC列表中的化学物质仍为66种。（详见附件文件）

The Department of Ecology is adopting amendments to the Children’s Safe Products –Reporting Rule, Chapter 173-3334 WAC. The State of Washington has amended the Children’s Safe Products Act (CSPA) list of Chemicals of Concern to Children (CHCC) on Oct 22, 2013.
The revision are；
- removing n-butanol, CAS 71-36-3
- adding tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)phosphate (TDCPP) , CAS 13674-87-8
The CSPA requires companies to report when products for children under 12 years old contain one or more of the chemicals on the CHCC list. Companies will no longer be required to report information on products containing n-butanol but they will have to report on products that contain TDCPP. The first reporting deadline for products that contain TDCPP is February 28, 2015 from companies with over 1 billion dollars in gross aggregate US sales.
After amendment, still are 66 substances in CHCC list.
